Lasseter Family Winery
The harvest is a special time of year at the winery. There’s a tense feeling in the air as everyone awaits for the head nod from our wine maker for the grapes to reach a right sugar level just ripe enough for the picking.
And just like clockwork — everyone springs into action at optimal grape picking time at the crack of dawn!
All hands are on deck, smiles are flying, excitement is bubbling while the grapes are doing its final journey to the side-stemming, fermentation tanks, barrel room and then to your empty glass!
